At Lee Family Martial Arts in Morris, Illinois, we're dedicated to providing unique and comprehensive training that goes beyond the ordinary. From foundational martial arts to specialized athletic teams, our curriculum is designed to help every student thrive.
Taekwondo (all ages)
Emphasizing powerful kicks and strong forms, Taekwondo builds strength, flexibility, and mental discipline for all ages.
Hapkido (ages 16+)
Learn comprehensive self-defense, including throws, joint locks, and strikes, for effective real-world protection.
Little Tigers (2-4)
Our foundational program for preschoolers, fostering coordination, listening skills, and respect through engaging activities.
DEMONSTRATION AND EXTREME TEAMS
Represent LFM at community events, performances, and special demonstrations while building confidence, skills, and leadership.
DEMO TEAM:
Focuses on strong technique, teamwork, and public performances.
EXTREME TEAM:
Advanced training including creative forms, acrobatics, and high-energy performance skills.
Master approval, dedication, and consistent attendance are required.

FORM TEAM
Students learn traditional Taekwondo patterns that build focus, balance, coordination, and precision. This class helps improve technique, discipline, and confidence. Our students have successfully competed in local, state, national, and international competitions!
SPARRING
Develop speed, timing, and confidence in a safe, supervised environment. Learn control, strategy, and real-time application of techniques while building endurance and sportsmanship.
GYMNASTICS
Introduce children to foundational tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and basic floor exercises. It helps improve strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness while keeping kids active and engaged.
WEAPONS
Learn traditional martial arts weapons with a focus on safety, discipline, and precision. Build coordination, balance, and concentration while gaining respect for technique and equipment.
